- I began in the Wuji position, and took some deep breaths in to ground myself and connect with “Source”. I then faced East, drawing up the energy from the earth, through my body, and then forcing that energy out of my lungs and mouth with a “Haaaah” sound. I also used my arms and hands in the motion of bringing up energy from the earth, and then pushing out the energy from my chest with flat hands, into the open air. My intention was to bring up the stuck energy and then push it outward, as if purging and moving the stuck energy that needed to be removed. I saw this as- a cleansing process, similar to the methods used in Qigong. I did this 3 times while facing the East..
- I then positioned myself to face the West and repeated the process, and once again used the sound of “Haaaah” while pushing my hands out in a cleansing manner.
- I then positioned myself to the North and repeated the process, and then faced South, repeating the cleansing breath and sound.
- I turned my attention to bring in clear, clean, vibrant energy around the globe.
- During my sleep state, I received a message to use the gentle melodic sound title “In My Room” from Echo Canyon, sung by Jakob Dylan and Fiona Apple, as part of this healing meditation.
- I then visualized facing East and played the song, sending out the gentle tones and vibrations in this song, visualizing it gently moving and healing the Eastern quadrant of the globe. I saw and felt the nourishment of this energy and the trickle and flow of movement.
- When the song ended, I then faced West, and repeated the song and the process I used in the prior direction. When the song and visual ended, I turned toward the North and repeated the process, and then finally repeating it facing South.
- After sensing the healing harmonies and gentle vibration continuing on their own, I created a type of healing bubble of protection around the globe, using the thoughts of love, support, and calmness.
- I then ended the meditation.

I've been exploring different methods to see how to change and improve the group energy in humanity. My desire is to get move and purge the energy of fear, chaos, hate, and violence in our society, and allow the energy of love, support and kindness to more freely flow. I'm currently using the method of sound, music, and vibration in this process, in meditations focused on humanity. The song, sound, and method I use is often prompted via a meditation or a dream message and I try different methods almost daily. Here is an example of one of the recent methods I used, in hopes of helping to calm the current anxieties and fears around the globe:

I meditate each morning. With some of those meditations I have an agenda or purpose, such as "I am seeking answers", or I am preparing to do a "remote Qigong healing for someone", or perhaps I just want to "nourish my soul and feel". But this meditation experience was the first time I was not in control and couldn't stop the experience happening to me during this meditation.
I began my meditation like I usually do - in the early morning hours, in the dark, sitting on my couch with complete silence. I took a couple of cleansing breaths, grounded myself, closed my eyes, and began to meditate. But then things changed. I now found my spiritual self being pulled to the top of a mountain and I was now sitting by a person, who was on my right, who appeared to be a monk – maybe a Buddhist monk ? My thoughts then shifted and I thought, "I must be in Asia".
This Buddhist-looking monk then either telepathically communicated to me, or I sensed his desire and reason for pulling me to this mountain. He wanted a healing treatment. I assumed he was making this request for himself, so I looked at his body, and he didn’t look ill. This seemed to be a lot of effort to bring me thousands of miles through space and time to do a healing on someone who looked rather healthy. But then, with his next thought, I found myself inside a room - a gray dark room with plain looking cement walls. I saw a woman laying on a blanket on the floor. She was the one who was ill. I then realized this Buddhist-looking monk had brought me to heal this woman.
At first I was unsure what to do, or even how to begin, but then I thought, it’s just a remote Qigong treatment, so I began with the normal Qigong healing protocol of what I do when I don't have all the information about someone's health. I started with the Bagua and focused on building the energy in her yin organs. I then went to the yang organs, and then to the other organ systems, clearing blockages, directing vibrant Qi into those organs, and balancing the energy and flow throughout her body.I then could see her starting to rally. She opened her eyes and I smiled at her.
I was then pulled back to my home and I was sitting on my couch in the early morning hours, almost as if nothing happened. The event was now over and things were back to normal.
This was the first time I had an experience in a meditation where I was not in control. This created a new awareness about how barriers can be removed and requests for help answered. It also let me know there are many other new experiences available if one is open to receive them as well as participate in them.

I was asked to give a remote Qigong healing treatment to a 40-year-old man with debilitating headaches. In this remote healing treatment, I projected my energetic body to this person's bedside to start the assessment and healing, but was UNABLE to even do an assessment on his head. I could NOT "get in". I could assess all the other areas of his body, but just not his head.
After the remote treatment, I reported what happened and he said, “Oh, I placed a black dot on my head last night to protect me from outside forces. Maybe that was why you couldn’t get in my head?”
“Yes" I said. "Let’s reschedule and retry tomorrow, but this time, do NOT place a protective dot on your forehead.”
The next morning, I had no problem at all getting in, assessing, and then treating his headaches.
When this man placed that black dot of charcoal on his head, he had directed his thoughts and intention to protect his mind and thoughts. When thoughts are given an intention, their energy is strengthen and they work to fulfill that request. His thoughts had created an energetic barrier that prevented me from entering his energetic space and treating his headaches.
This experience not only reminded me of the power of our thoughts, it also helped me improve my pre-treatment inquiries to make sure energetic barriers were removed before a remote Qigong treatment.
A friend of mine asked if I would do a remote Qigong healing treatment on her granddaughter. Her granddaughter, who I will call Lizzie, was 10 years old and in the hospital. I didn't have many details at that time, except that she had been in the hospital due to experiencing a fall, and just wasn't getting better. I agreed to do a remote treatment to see if I could help.
During my early morning meditation, I sat on my couch with my eyes closed and could feel myself relax. I then felt a type of expansion, which let me know I could now project myself to my intended location and begin a remote healing treatment. My intended location was the Primary Children's Hospital in SLC, UT, and the person I needed to connect with was "Lizzie". To find Lizzie, I thought of my friend, her grandmother, and then from her grandmother's energy was able to find the thread to the locale of where Lizzie was in that hospital.
I then felt myself walking toward the hospital room where Lizzie would be and saw a little 10 year old girl standing over her hospital bed. I said, "Hello, Lizzie. I’m a friend of your grandmother’s and she asked if I would come and give you a Qigong healing treatment."
“What’s that?” she asked. I then explained what Qigong was and how I would be working with her energy to help her heal.
“Your Grandma said it was OK, but I still need your permission before I can give you a treatment. Your permission will let me go into your energy layers to help you feel better” I told her.
“OK” she said, but still just stood there, looking over her body, which was laying in the bed.
“Lizzie, I will need you to go back inside your body so I can give you this treatment. That way, you can assist me and let me know what is helping," I said to her.
She then slipped back into her physical body and NOW, I could see her physical self. She was on a respirator, her eyes were closed, her head was wrapped in a white gauze. She was comatose, and this was the ICU! I had not expected this degree and intensity of illness, but began the treatment like any other treatment I would do in my clinic - I began with an assessment, using the "flat hand technique" and waving it across the body to "read" her energy. I began with her head and could now see and sense the swelling in her brain. I could also see that her head was wrapped in a gauze. In addition, I could also "see" she was on a respirator. These were the messages coming from her energetic body, then interacting with my palm, and me then reading what her energy was giving off.
I continued my flat palm assessment, working downward over her chest and saw she had a condition called spinal bifida. This helped explain some of the reason for may of these complications in what I was sensing.
After my assessment, I put together my treatment plan and then initiated her Qigong medical treatment. I then worked on each organ system to either purge stuck energy, rebalance the energy, and/or nourish the organ systems energy. When I completed the treatment I told Lizzie I was done and asked her how she felt. She then shared something with me that gave me pause. She told me said she didn’t know if she wanted to live or not. She went on to explain that she was Mormon and girls are supposed to get married and have children - this was a girls life purpose. She then confided to me that she doubted she would ever get married and have children because of her spinal bifada, so what was the point in getting well and living?
I then told her, “Lizzie, I’m not married, and look at me – I am here with you right now and I don't even have my body with me! I am giving you a healing treatment and my body is back home in California sitting on a couch in a deep meditation. My energetic self is here with you and I am giving you a medical treatment. You could do something like this, too, because it does not require a perfect physical body. You could become a healer if you wanted."
She seemed to like that answer.
Lizzie had been in a coma for 3 weeks, but then came out of her coma the next day. A day or so after that, she was taken off the respirator. Then she was moved out of the Intensive Care. I believe that Lizzie decided she wanted to live. So she did. And the Qigong treatment helped give her the nudge and energy she needed to do this.

Medical Qigong is similar to a moving meditation where the practitioner is in a very quiet and focused state of mind and they focus their thoughts and intention to assess the Qi in the body, and then work on healing through changing, guide, and directing the subtle energies in the body towards balance. Because this is a nonphysical methodology of healing, it is possible to do these types of healing remotely. This is often called distance healing.
I had never even heard of this type of healing until I "fell into it". I was creating a healing ball of subtle energy, called a Qi-ball, and was planning to send it to a friend who was ill. I had received permission from her that she would welcome a healing ball of energy. In my meditation, I created a Qi ball of healing energy. I then visualized sending it to my friend located in a different city. But the Qi-ball, instead of floating in the air, seemed to get stuck on my hands and it pulled me with it to my friend's bedside. I saw my friend, not with my physical eyes, but with my "energetic eyes". She was laying in her bed, struggling to breathe. This so unexpected and at first I did not know what to do because I was standing over my friend, in her bedroom, in her house, while my physical body was back at my home, in a meditation. I then thought, since I'm here, I will give her a Qigong treatment. So I did.
That was how I became acquainted with the concept of a remote Qigong healing treatments. Up until this point, I had never heard of this. But after this experience, I began conducting more remote Qigong treatments. This allowed me to treat people from afar.
