I have recently been using SOUND in my meditations to assist with calming the strife, violence, and hate in the world. My first meditation using sound, I was directed to bring in 3 "threads" of sound and use them in my global meditation. I could see, feel, and hear those three notes, as they floated and wove together in places, moving up, around, and in the earth.
The next day, I repeated the process I used in the prior meditation, but this time, additional sounds who were connected to other people came forward in my meditation, too! One was from California, another from Detroit, and another from New Orleans. I don't know who they were, I was only aware of the area where the sound was coming, and watched how the different colored waves from those spaces, came together and seemed to move people to an almost automatic awareness of joy, which is what music often does. Those strings of sound and music drifted freely throughout the globe and I could see and feel many being caught off guard, and almost squinting to find the music source. I could see their hearts change.
The following day I began the meditation once again, but in this meditation, the song, "Bring Him Home", sung by Gary Morris, that was presented to me in this meditation, as if this should be the song for me to use and direct out in the meditation. I then used this song and directed the waves of melody and emotion to be dispersed, as if carried by the wind. I immediately felt a shift in the energetic state of world angst. It was as if people were now waking up from a stupor as the healing sound penetrated deep within. The ruminating current of hate, despair, and violence was turned off and replaced with an emotion of hope that was imbedded in this music.
This was the first time I had used sound in a global meditation for calm and peace. I sensed help and assistance was provided in this process. I also feel that we will start seeing a change in the direction in energy flow within humanity as more people realize we are ALL connected and how we treat others impacts us all.
